Currency & Charges

  • Currency: All prices are shown and charged in GBP (£)
  • Authorisation: When you place an order, your bank may place a temporary authorisation hold. We capture the funds when your order is accepted for fulfilment.
  • Exchange rates/fees: If your card/account operates in a different currency, your provider may apply their own exchange rate and fees.

Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)

To comply with UK/EEA banking rules, you may be asked to complete extra security checks (e.g., 3D Secure) during payment. Follow the on-screen prompts from your card issuer or wallet. If SCA is not completed, the payment may be declined.

Security of Your Payment Information

  • Encrypted checkout: Our checkout uses SSL/TLS to encrypt data in transit.
  • PCI DSS: Card details are processed by compliant providers (e.g., Shopify Payments). We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our systems.
  • Fraud prevention: We use automated and manual checks. We may contact you to verify details before shipping.

Billing & Invoices

  • Ensure your billing name, address and postcode match your card or wallet account.
  • Update expired cards or billing details promptly to avoid delays.
  • Your email confirmation will include a tax invoice/receipt once payment is captured.

Declined or Failed Payments

  • Check the card number, expiry date, CVC, billing postcode, and available funds.
  • Complete any SCA/3-D Secure prompts from your bank.
  • Try another payment method or contact your bank to allow the transaction.

Refunds

Unauthorised Transactions & Chargebacks

If you believe a transaction was made without your permission, contact your bank immediately and notify us. We may request relevant information to investigate and to help resolve the issue.
